Our idea is to complete the round of trainings and prepare people to work in their NGOs more efficiently:1) Training for trainers – general skills, facilitating (2008)2) Teamwork and communication (2009)3) Conflict resolution and management (2010)The Training course on Conflict Management and Conflict Resolution is for young people who have already experience with training and youth work and who have a certain level of knowledge of training, facilitating, communication and teamwork. We would like to create a comfortable environment where the participants could improve their communication and training skills. We would like to put a special emphasis not only on conflict management in general, but on conflict resolution in teams as well. All the participants will have a possibility to try solving conflicts in the safe environment of the training and later they can use their skills in the every day life of their organisations. We hope that better awareness of conflict management will help our partner NGOs in their work – concerning both internal and external relations.Profile of participants:Max. 27 participants: NGO workers from EU and neighbouring countries, in the age of 18-30.Each participant should have a previous experience with training: taking part in trainings on teamwork, communication, conflict management and similar topics, preferably taking part in the previous 2 trainingsorganised by YEE, and leading own projects (workshops, youth actions, trainings,…).
